The most defining moment of Ginger O’Brien’s life occurred the day she chose to follow Jesus for the rest of her life. She was sixteen years old. She was drawn to Jesus because of the love of God she saw in this congregation. Ginger attended faithfully, read her Living Bible, and grew as a Christian. This was only the beginning of a journey where Jesus has taken Ginger through many joys and trials. Do you ask God to send you trials? Ginger doesn't. God showed her that she learns so much more through the trials.
Her book reflects the many various ways and times God has spoken to her and the altars she has built using cookie cutters. These altars help her to celebrate God's faithfulness as He walked with her through life over the past 40 years. She challenges the reader to consider their own life.
